If you are feeling stressed, depressed, or anxious, here is a free session that I have recorded for you. This session should help to calm your mind. It is a mindfulness meditation and when used regularly you should quickly start to notice the benefits.
You may use this alongside medication such as antidepressants, but do not stop the medication without first discussing it with your medical practitioner. If you are not sure about using the session with your medication, then please discuss it with your medical practitioner first. Please do not listen while you are doing something else which needs your full attention such as driving, as you will become very relaxed when you listen to it.
Before listening, get yourself somewhere quiet and comfortable, where you will not be disturbed for about half an hour.
